Shipping & returns


We are slowly rolling out shipping to most countries however you may not find your country listed in the checkout. Mail us at [email protected] if you want something shipped to another country not listed. We’ll see if we can work around this temporary limitation. 

For shipments within the Netherlands, we use PostNL. All other destinations are shipped via DPD, PostNL and some countries DHL Express of UPS Express Saver.

In some countries DHL Express and UPS Express Saver charge an extra fee (€20 and higher) for remote area’s. This will not show up in the shipping rate calculator in the Checkout. We will contact you via email to see what option we can offer you that are cheaper.


Benelux and Germany
Orders from € 100, - are sent free to the Benelux and Germany. For orders under € 100, - to the Netherlands, we charge € 6.95 (including VAT) shipping cost. For Belgium and Germany, we charge € 8.5 (including VAT)

You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail with which you can follow the shipment after the courier has received the package from us. 


The Netherlands and Belgium
The delivery time of our products is 1-5 business days, depending on the product and whether the product is in stock. If a product is not in stock, this is stated on the product page.

Other European countries
The delivery time to other European destinations  3-8 business days. 

Outside of Europe

Shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination and the chosen shipping methods. However UPS Express saver is the quickest method.




Not Satisfied with your purchase or perhaps you would like to exchange the product?  You can return your purchase at Rolling Mavericks within 14 days without giving any reason.

Visibility period
This period of 14 days after your purchase starts on the day after receipt of the goods. In case you ordered multiple items this 14 day period starts after you have received the last item. 

There’s no charge for returning goods or exchanging items as long as the items are unused and complete with the original packaging and labels, manuals, and cards.

You have 14 days to return the goods after the cancellation of your purchase.

Return and exchange shipping costs and liability

The shipping costs for returns or exchanges and the risk of return shipment are for the buyer. In other words, Highliner Media is not liable for any damage to or loss of returned items.

When exchanging goods for cheaper ones the difference in price will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned goods. In case you are exchanging an item for a more expensive one we will send it as soon as the difference in price has been paid.

How to cancel your purchase or exchange goods?
You can cancel the purchase or ask for an exchange by sending an email to [email protected] within the viewing period.

Please mention in that email:

  • Invoice number
  • Your name;
  • your address;
  • the date of your order
  • a description of the product
  • optionally your phone number.

We will inform you via email or by phone of the exact details for returning or exchanging the purchase.

When will I receive my purchase money back?

If you cancel your purchase we will refund you the purchase price asap but no later than 6 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Reimbursement takes place using the same payment method as with which you paid for your order.
